Atelier Troisgros + Open House

The Troisgros family and Roberto Hirth joined forces to create the best catering service in Rio.  The outstanding food signed by Troisgros is served by the Open House staff.  Creative canapés, mini-dishes and complete dinners are among the options.  Open house provides the waiters, glasses and silverware, and inumerous beverage suggestions.  Atelier Troisgros + Open  House caters to groups from 30 to 200 persons in residences, companies, clubs, museums, boats and convention centers.
